Quantity

Quantity trackers accept absolute or incremental entries.
An optional target and explicit increase or decrease direction can define a meaningful range.
Correcting or deleting an entry recomputes the series.

Cadence

Cadence trackers count occurrences in a configured calendar day, week, or month and timezone.
They show period history instead of an overall life-completion percentage.

Milestones

Milestones are ordered meaningful outcomes.
They do not imply weighted percentage unless you explicitly select equal weighting.

Narrative-only movement

You can always record a narrative update without configuring a tracker.
Sparse logging reduces what can be inferred but never creates punishment.
