Getting started
Capture, orient, and return without reconstructing your context.
Capture something
Open Home or Library and enter a title in quick capture.
The Item starts as Captured unless you deliberately choose another relationship.
Capture is idempotent, so retrying the same request does not create a duplicate.
Add return context
Open the Item and record why it matters, why now, the smallest next action, and what will help when you return.
Narrative updates preserve meaningful movement and can be corrected or deleted.
Choose current focus
Mark only the Items you want nearby as Current.
Current focus has an explicit order and an optional primary Item.
Life Tracker never changes that order without your mutation.
Review without a score
Review shows current focus, evidence-based drift, deferred Items ready to resurface, recent completion, and older captures.
You may change something, leave it unchanged, or exit.
There is no streak, score, or required decision count.
