Life Tracker is a personal continuity product for capture, orientation, return context, truthful progress, review, reminders, Activity, API access, export, and deletion.
Reminder intent is stored by Life Tracker.
Notification delivery depends on a separately connected Anchor account and its providers.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting authentication methods and API keys, selecting appropriate API-key permissions, and keeping a recovery path for connected services.
You retain responsibility for the content you submit and must have the right to store and process it.
Do not use Life Tracker to violate law, interfere with the service, probe another owner’s data, distribute malware, evade access controls, or send abusive or unlawful notifications.
Life Tracker and Anchor can experience outages, delayed networks, invalid credentials, provider failures, device settings, or other conditions outside Life Tracker’s control.
Do not rely on the service as the only method for emergencies, medical treatment, personal safety, legal deadlines, financial obligations, or any situation where a missed notification could cause serious harm.
Core Life Tracker capability is not gated by a paid entitlement.
If the operator enables optional billing, price, renewal, cancellation, refund, and tax terms shown during checkout apply to that separate subscription flow.
No product screen should imply that payment unlocks Life Tracker Items, progress, reminders, API actions, or export.

Anchor, Stripe, OAuth, email, hosting, and device providers operate under their own terms and policies.
The operator may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue the service subject to applicable law.
You may stop using Life Tracker and use the authenticated deletion flow.
The operator may restrict abusive or unsafe access while preserving legally required rights.
Applicable warranties, liability limitations, governing law, dispute terms, and operator identity depend on the jurisdiction and deployment offering.
The operator must publish those terms before offering the service commercially.
